职位介绍：

该职位负责迪士尼贵宾及特许车辆停车场的管理。

工作内容：

· 时刻确保以安全为工作重点

· 为到访迪士尼贵宾及特许车辆停车场的游客提供优质的服务

· 努力为贵宾实现其迪士尼神奇之旅

· 确保为游客提供整洁、舒适的环境

· 负责停车场的服务和现场管理工作，包括停车指挥和停车场各区域的车辆安排

· 积极解决游客的问题，对游客的需求做出灵活回应

· 与游客及其他工作伙伴保持密切沟通，为每位到访游客创造难忘体验

· 完成上级布置的额外工作

· 在安全、礼仪、演出和效率四个方面表现出色

我们希望您：

· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

· 适应户外工作，能胜任一定的体力劳动，包括长时间站立，经常性弯腰

· 能够熟练使用电子设备

Job Summary:

This position will support Disneytown Operations team on VIP guests and chartered vehicle parking management.

What You’ll Do:

· Keeping safety is the priority focus

· Deliver amazing guest services to guests into VIP parking lot

· Create magic experience for VIP guests

· Play the role of custodian to keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean for our guests

· Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in handling guest situations

· Constantly interact with guests and Cast Members. Create Disney memories for our guests

· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

· Model 4 keys: Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency basics in daily role

What To Bring:

· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

· Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently.

· Be familiar with electronic device skills

· Courteous to our guests, good communication skills and service mindset

· A team player

· Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests

· Need to successfully complete and pass all job related training after onboard

· Accept the position change or other work responsibility assigned by the leaders

· Must hold the required certificates of the position, including but not limited to health certificate, and other career certificates. Must hold a valid C1 or above driver’s license, able to operate all kinds of vehicles (manual, automatic), three-years above driving experience.

· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

· Conversational English skills

· High School degree or above

· Shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
