职位介绍:
上海迪士尼度假区的“贵宾俱乐部”是会员专享的俱乐部,在度假区内,为会员提供众多尊贵礼遇、优待福利以及会员餐饮服务。从成为“贵宾俱乐部”会籍会员开始,“贵宾俱乐部”团队将为会员提供全方位的服务。
工作内容:
· 熟练掌握、运用各类管理系统和其他跨部门的游客服务系统
· 参与制定贵宾俱乐部快乐主人培训计划,并提供培训
· 确保完善的电话预定流程,为会员创造优质体验
· 负责回答会员在预定过程中的疑问,积极解决游客问题
· 负责呼叫中心日常运营,监管快乐主人考勤情况和KPI,并保证遵守部门相关制度
· 确保快乐主人准确妥善处理会员的付款
· 指导快乐主人提高工作表现
· 推动奖励和表彰制度从而维持良好的工作表现和服务水平
· 通过与快乐主人的一对一面谈,激发其工作热情和潜力,促进合作伙伴关系,提高销售和服务水平的目标
· 在日常工作中成为演职人员榜样,在安全、礼仪、演出和 效率四个方面表现出色
· 服从并完成上级领导安排的其他各项相关工作
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)

· 旅游管理/酒店管理/公共关系等相关专业者优先
· 您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书,且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但不限于:岗前培训)
Job Summary:
Shanghai Disney Resort Club VIP is an exclusive membership club that offers our legendary Guest service as well as exclusive and privileged resort-wide experiences to all the Members. By joining this exclusive Club, Club VIP service team will provide the exclusive Member services.
What You’ll Do:
· Utilize a complex property management system and other multi-functional guest services systems
· Help create Club VIP host training plan and provide the training
· Ensure a completed reservation processes to deliver an exceptional Member experience
· Responsible to resolve conflict addressing Member concerns during the reservation
· Lead Call Center daily operation, checking on work attendance and KPI situation, ensure each host to follow related policy and rule
· Ensure each host handle the Member payment accurately
· Coaching to improve performance and desired behavior
· Drive reward and recognize programs to maintain performance and service levels
· Facilitate 1:1 meeting to generate a high sense of urgency and partnership with the goal of increasing sales and service levels
· Model 4 keys basics in daily role. (Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency)
· Be able to obey and complete other relevant work on leadership arrangements
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:

· Strong telephone communication skills and proficiency in telephone etiquette
· Knowledgeable in computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Fully available for any shift and outdoor work, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends and holidays
· At least two years of relevant working experience in the service industry
· College degree or above, major in tourism management, hotel management, public relation is preferable
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
· Fluent spoken and written English, other languages preferred
· Tourism management/hotel management/public relations or other related field is preferred.
· You shall complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
