职位介绍:
快乐主人,迪士尼礼宾服务负责向礼宾服务的游客提供便捷、细致、高效的一站式定制服务体验。积极解决游客问题,对游客的需求做出有效回应。与游客及其他演职人员保持密切沟通,需要通过与乐园运营以及其他职能部门的积极协作,为每位到访游客创造难忘的迪士尼体验!
工作内容:
· 时刻按照迪士尼五大关键要素的要求进行工作,为礼宾服务的游客提供卓越的迪士尼服务
· 熟练使用礼宾服务所有的操作系统为游客进行服务所需的票务操作、迪士尼尊享卡发放和预定等事宜,包括但不限于Galaxy等
· 协助游客制定到访计划并根据客人的实际情况给出专业的建议
· 在乐园为礼宾服务游客提供便捷、细致、高效的游客服务,并创造难忘又神奇的迪士尼体验
· 维护花车巡游和奇梦之光幻影秀的安全和秩序,对现场的突发状况做出合理安排,以提升客人的体验
· 在电话中主动积极解决游客的问题,对游客的需求做出灵活回应
· 具有解决游客诉求的能力,耐心对待每位游客的诉求,细心解释并给予合理的安排
· 填写每天工作中的交接清单,收集现场游客的反馈,及时反馈给当班领导,完成每天工作开始和工作结束必须的相应流程
· 与游客及其他演职人员保持密切沟通,为每位到访游客创造难忘的迪士尼体验
· 面对在工作中出现的任何紧急情况可以做到临危不乱
· 以专业的工作方式和友好的工作态度来接待游客
· 完成上级布置的额外工作
此外,基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质,演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责:
· 在各区域协助客流管控
· 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
· 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
· 协助其他工作(包括但不限于商品打包,行李搬运等)
· 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
· 在其他相关部门处理现金/POS机相关的工作(* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位)
我们希望您:
· 良好的身体素质,能长时间在室外不同天气条件下工作
· 适应户外工作,能胜任一定的体力劳动,包括长时间站立,经常性弯腰
· 有良好的时间观念和团队工作意识
· 具备卓越的游客服务热情
· 精力充沛,具有耐心,积极主动
· 出色的沟通技巧及协调能力
· 具有一定的抗压能力,能够应对紧急情况及同时处理多种事情
· 能够熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力
· 基础的英语口语及书写能力,掌握其他语言者优先考虑
· 旅游管理/酒店管理等相关专业者优先
· 需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书,且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但不限于:岗前培训)

Job Summary:
Disney Concierge Service (DCS) host/hostess is responsible for providing exclusive, convenient and efficient services to Disney Concierge Services guests. Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in handling the guest situation. Interact constantly with guests and Cast Members to create Disney memories for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
· Always work in accordance with Disney’s five keys to provide excellent Disney services to Disney Concierge Service guests
· Use all the Concierge Service systems proficiently to process related enquiry, tickets, issue DPA and other reservations for Concierge Service guests, The system includes not limited to Galaxy etc.
· Assist guests in planning their visit as well as to provide professional advice based on the guest's situation
· Run cross the park to offer convenient, thoughtful and efficient service to Disney Concierge Service guests, create unforgettable and magical Disney memories
· Ensure safety and orders of Parade and ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration operations to enhance guests’ experience, and make reasonable arrangements for on-site emergencies
· Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in handling the guest situation during the call
· Handle the guest complain, be proactive to answer questions and be flexible in handling the guest situation
· Fill in the daily handover form, collect all guest feedback and interact constantly with on-duty Lead. Complete all the necessary procedure for opening and closing
· Interact constantly with guests and Cast Members and create Disney memories for our guests
· Wisely and properly handle any emergent situations
· Deal with any guest situation professionally and friendly
· Perform additional duties as directed by leaders
Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.
· Support guest flow in general, including in different locations
· Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed
· Support cleaning work areas and guest areas
· Assist logistics and stocking
· Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash
· Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)
What To Bring:
· Physical demand includes prolonged outside activities in diverse weather conditions
· Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently.
· Punctual and team work mindset
· Passion in delivering high quality services
· Energetic, patient, positive, proactive
· Demonstrated capability of communication and coordination
· Be able to handle stressful situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time.
· Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
· Basic English language abilities, both oral and written, are desired, but not a must
· Major in Tourism Management/ Hotel Management is preferable
· You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
