1. Develop and execute data-driven regional marketing strategies aligned with central brand objectives, focusing on product positioning, academic promotion, and market share growth in the assigned territory.
2. Lead regional marketing initiatives, including but not limited to academic conference organization, and clinical evidence dissemination to build product credibility among healthcare professionals (HCPs).
3. Collaborate with sales teams to design territory-specific promotion plans, provide product and marketing training, and drive field execution effectiveness.
4. Monitor regional market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs, conducting regular market analysis to adjust strategies and capture business opportunities.
5. Manage regional marketing budget efficiently, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and submit actionable performance reports.
6. Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry ethical standards in all marketing activities.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above on pharmaceutical, clinical medicine or clinical medicine related with outstanding English.
2. At least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical company with marketing or sales manager position.
3. At least 2 years in TA of CNS/Psychiatric or specific drug, digestive field is preferential.
4. Marketing experiences with top 10 pharmaceutical company would be highly preferred.
5. Excellent market analytical & problems’ solving skills with strong planning skill.
6. High logicality with quick learning capabilities and a good work ethic with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Capability to work under pressure & perform duties with high quality timely.
