职位介绍:
迪士尼尊享导览快乐主人负责向各层级贵宾们提供便捷、细致、高效的一站式私人管家定制服务体验。从游客制定行程起,我们将为他们开启神奇之旅的大门。这项专属服务为游客的每一次游园体验提供个性化的定制。
工作内容:
· 为游客及其他演职人员介绍尊享导览服务,能够当面、或通过电话、邮件向游客介绍尊享导览服务的产品信息和相关政策
· 熟练使用所有预订系统为游客进行尊享导览服务、酒店、门票以及餐厅的预订,订单操作及支付服务,包括但不限于Galaxy, ResPAK, Opera, CRM等
· 介绍关于上海迪士尼度假区的相关信息, 熟知上海迪士尼度假区的最新产品和服务
· 协助游客制定到访计划并根据客人的实际情况给出专业的建议
· 积极同乐园运营部门及其他导览专员沟通、协作,向游客呈现神奇的尊享导览服务体验
· 在导览服务过程中向游客讲述上海迪士尼度假区背后的故事,为游客计划行程并介绍导览服务的具体内容
· 为到访的各个层级的贵宾(公司高层、名人以及政府官员)提供绝佳的游客服务,能够及时预见游客的需求、提供完美的游园体验
· 积极解决游客的问题、灵活处理游客的不同需求
· 能够展现迪士尼及迪士尼品牌, 时刻按照迪士尼五大关键要素的要求进行工作
· 服从并完成上级领导安排的其他各项相关工作以配合部门业务的开展,包括新产品的开发,定期的促销活动等
· 能够积极主动地按时完成部门的各项考核,包括电话话术考核,游客服务满意度考核等
· 完成上级布置的额外工作

· 具有团队合作精神,能够独立解决游客的需求以及投诉,以及任何导览过程中发生的棘手的状况
· 精通计算机基本应用,包括打字和同时操作多种预订系统,熟知常用计算机软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排,并且能接受不同的班次,包括晚上,周末和节假日
· 能适应灵活的工作地点,不同的轮班时间和长时间户外工作环境
· 入职后需要顺利完成和通过所有与工作相关的培训
· 大专及以上学历
· 旅游管理/酒店管理/公共关系等相关专业者优先
· 有一年服务行业对客服务的工作经验优先
· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力
· 英语进行书面和口头表达者优先考虑
· 掌握第二语言者优先
· 您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书,且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核(包括但不限于:岗前培训)

Job Summary:
Disney Premier Tour Hosts are responsible for providing convenient, careful, efficient one-stop butler services to all distinguished guests. Starting from the itinerary planning, the Guest may feel the magical journey has begun. This exclusive service will offer personalized planning to the Guest each time they visit the park.
What You’ll Do:
· Introduce tour products to Guest and Cast; communicate product information and policies in-person, telephone, or email
· Use all the reservation systems proficiently to process related enquire, reservations, order and payment service for Guests for Premier Tour Services, tickets, hotel and dining, the system includes but not limited to Galaxy, ResPAK, Opera, CRM and etc.
· Share related information about Shanghai Disney Resort, knowledgeable and up-to-date with Shanghai Disney Resort products and services
· Assist Guests in planning their visit to Shanghai Disney Resort as well as to provide professional advice based on the group’s situation
· Communicate and work in collaboration with Park Operations partners and other tour hosts to deliver a magical premier tour experience for Guests
· Introduce the story of Shanghai Disney Resort during tour delivery, provide itinerary planning and explain services provided
· Deliver amazing Guest Service to all distinguished Guests, including corporate executives, celebrities and government officials on tour visiting the park; anticipate needs of Guests to provide a seamless experience
· Be proactive with Guests to answer questions and be flexible in handling the guest situations
· Represent Disney and the Disney brand, and always work in accordance with Disney’s five keys to provide excellent Disney services to guests.
· Be able to obey and complete other relevant work on leadership arrangements to support the business development of Premier Tour Services, including new product development, regular promotion activities and etc.
· Be able to take the initiative to complete the department's assessments on time, including telephone skill, guest service satisfaction and etc.
· Perform additional duties assigned by leaders
What To Bring:
· Demonstrated capability of communication and coordination
· Ability to be comfortable with asking questions and explaining product options
· Passion in delivering top-level VIP services
· A team player and able to individually handle Guest requests which beyond tour policy as well as any unexpected situation during the tour
· Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and the ability to navigate through multiple reservation systems. Knowledgeable in computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
· Adapt to working in different locations flexibly with different shifts and in prolonged outdoor working environment
· You will need to successfully complete and pass all job related training after onboard
· College degree or above
· Major in Tourism Management/ Hotel Management/ Public Relation is preferable
· 1year work experience in Guest Service industry is preferred
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
· English language abilities, both oral and written, are desired, but not a must
· Fluent in other languages preferred
· You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
