职位介绍：

作为客流管理运营的快乐主人，将接受专业的安全知识培训，主要负责上海迪士尼度假区内的花车巡遊，夜光幻影秀，及其他各项娱乐演出和活动等的客流管理工作，并需要经常与各年龄层的游客沟通交流、了解他们的需求，使游客在上海迪士尼度假区拥有良好的游玩体验。

工作内容：

·      在工作期间，始终将安全放在首位。在各项娱乐演出活动中，控制客流和管理现场秩序，以保障游客体验；

·      对游客和演职人员提供协助，包括指路、活动日程及其他咨询；

·      积极解决游客问题，对游客的需求做出有效回应，面对在工作中出现的任何紧急情况可以做到临危不乱，并将工作人员及游客的安全永远放在第一位 ；

·      以专业的工作方式和友好的工作态度来应对不同类型的游客。

·      完成上级布置的额外工作

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      适应户外工作，能胜任一定的体力劳动，包括长时间站立，经常性弯腰；

·      具有一定的抗压能力，能够应对紧急情况及同时处理多种事情；

·      对待游客彬彬有礼，有出色的沟通能力和服务意识；

·      具有团队合作精神又能够独立解决问题 ；

·      热情洋溢，具有耐心，积极主动 ；

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

·      会基础英文日常交流者优先考虑；

·      您需要完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）；

·      具有良好的沟通技巧，能与演职人员和其他合作伙伴进行有效沟通。

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

Job Summary:

As Host/Hostess, Guest Flow Operations, you will receive professional safety training and be responsible for guest flow control for major entertainment offerings and activities in Shanghai Disney Resort, including Parade and Nighttime shows. You will communicate with Guests of all ages and assist them as needed, providing them a nice experience in Shanghai Disney Resort.

What You’ll Do:

·      Keep safety as the first priority at all times during work focus. Control the flow of Guests and manage the order during various entertainment performances to ensure the Guests’ experience;

·      Provide assistance to Guests and Cast Members, including directions, event schedules and other inquiries;

·      Be proactive to answer guest questions and always provide solutions swiftly and efficiently, handle any emergency situations to ensure the safety of guests and Cast Members as top priority.

·      Respond to different types of Guests in a professional manner and with a friendly working attitude.

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently.

·      Be able to handle stressful situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time.

·      Provide courtesy to our Guests with good communication skills and a service mindset;

·      A team player and be able to handle problems individually;

·      Energetic, patient, positive, proactive;

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

·      Basic English communication skills is preferred;

·      Complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments for performing the job (including but not limited to On-Job-Training);

·       Good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with team members and across lines of business.

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
