职位介绍：

作为游客服务的演职人员，您将需要主动为游客的问题寻求解决办法，并根据游客所处的状况灵活做出回应。您需要处理游客投诉、票务及失物招领等相关事宜，以及向游客介绍上海迪士尼度假区内的景点与所提供的服务。您将全面了解上海迪士尼度假区运营的各方面，成为解决问题的专家。

工作内容：

·      时刻确保安全为工作重点

·      积极解决游客的问题，对游客的需求做出灵活回应

·      与游客及其他演职人员保持密切沟通，为每位到访游客创造难忘体验

·      处理游客投诉

·      处理失物招领相关事宜

·      帮助游客提升游园的体验，包括处理游客票务问题

·      提供照顾婴儿和寻找走失儿童等服务

·      完成上级布置的额外工作


此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      对待游客彬彬有礼、有出色的沟通能力和服务意识

·      具有团队合作精神又能够独立解决问题

·      热情洋溢、具有耐心、积极主动

·      适应户外工作，能胜任一定的体力劳动，包括长时间站立，经常性弯腰

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

Job Summary:

As Host/Hostess, Guest Services, you will be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in solving guest situations. You are responsible for handling guest concerns, ticketing issues, lost and found, etc. and introducing attractions and services at Shanghai Disney Resort. You will have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of operations and become an expert in solving problems. Pease summarize the key job scope here, if needed

What You’ll Do:

·      Keep safety as the priority

·      Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in handling guest situations 

·      Interact constantly with guests and Cast Members to create Disney memories for our Guests

·      Listen to and resolve guest complaints

·      Handle Lost and Found

·      Enhance the in-park experience by resolving issues, including ticketing challenges

·      Provide baby care & lost children services

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders


Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

·      Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash 

·      Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      Provide courtesy to our guests with good communication skills and a service mindset

·      A team player and be able to handle problems individually

·      Energetic, patient, positive, proactive

·      Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

·      Fluent in verbal English; communication skills in Japanese, Korean or Thai preferred

·      Be able to handle stressful situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time

·      You will obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment training and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training)
