The SCC engineer is responsible for handling cases escalated to the TRUMPF Service Competence Center for NSCs and subsidiaries worldwide and, together with the development and other department, supports development projects. This can be done in the office as well as in the field.

1、Support and coordinate the international service technical escalations from national service centers (NSC) of the subsidiaries (TG) / agencies (VT) and offer solutions ang suggestions, according to the fault elimination process. If necessary, solutions for new types of problems can be worked out together with experts from our own department and development.

2、Review service tasks and code them into system (FAS) to provide machine quality figures from service. Work up, analyze and evaluate issues from the field service. Together with R&D and QM to solve the machine quality issues and improve the quality of machine as a core member of machine life cycle engineering and task force.

3、Perform evaluations and solve problems on TruLaser 2D Laser machines and related automation components.

4、Deeply involved in the machine development project. Be the core member of new development projects of 2D Laser machines. Represent technical service, and discuss on service-relevant points. Take care test machines, perform test machine installation, commissioning, repairing tasks, perform regular visits and share the visit reports to project team. Define service concept of new products, Verify the service availability and service occupational safety of new products, together with project team.

深度参与机器开发项目。成为平面激光机新开发项目的核心成员。代表技术服务，讨论服务相关问题。负责测试机器，执行测试机器安装、调试、维修任务，定期进行访问，并将访问报告分享给项目团队。定义新产品的服务理念。与项目团队一起验证新产品的服务可用性和服务职业安全。

5、Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

3、Over 1year professional experience with machine tools. Experience as a service technician or engineer in the machine tool industry as a plus.
