职位介绍：

游乐设施的演职人员将接受专业的安全知识培训，主要负责确保游乐设施、剧场及各景点的安全运营，并需要经常与各年龄层的游客沟通交流、了解他们的需求，使游客在上海迪士尼度假区拥有良好的游玩体验。

工作内容：

· 取得上岗所需的任职资格证书（包括但不限于大型游乐设施操作人员证），且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）；

· 操作各项游乐设施并对运行中的游乐设备进行监控，在操作各项游乐设施时始终将安全放在首位，遇到突发情况时，按照流程及时做出正确的响应；

· 在各类娱乐项目中协助控制客流量和管理现场秩序，以保障游客体验；

· 对游客和演职人员提供协助，包括指路、活动日程及其他咨询；

· 回答游客的提问，并维持现场秩序；

· 面对在工作中出现的任何紧急情况可以做到临危不乱，并将自身及游客的安全永远放在第一位。

· 完成上级布置的额外工作

我们希望您：

· 以专业的工作方式和友好的工作态度来应对不同种类的游客；

· 适应户外工作，能胜任一定的体力劳动，包括长时间站立，经常性弯腰；

· 具有一定的抗压能力，能够应对紧急情况及同时处理多种事情；

· 具有团队合作精神又能够独立解决问题；

· 具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

· 会基础英文日常交流者优先考虑。

Job Summary:

As Host/Hostess, Attractions, you will receive professional safety training and be responsible for the safe operation of various attractions and shows. You will communicate with Guests of all ages and understand their needs, providing them a nice experience at the Shanghai Disney Resort.

What You’ll Do:

· Need to obtain the qualification certificate required for the job (including but not limited to the operator certificate of large amusement facilities), and complete and pass all the training and assessment after entry (including but not limited to: pre-job training);

· Operate various amusement equipment and monitor the amusement equipment in operation, always put safety first when operating various amusement equipment, and make timely and correct responses in accordance with the process when encountering emergencies;

· Assist with Guest crowd control and facilitate the Guest experience at various types of entertainment offerings;

· Assist Guests and Cast Members with directions, event schedules, and other information as needed;

· Answer Guest questions and assist with queuing;

· Swiftly and efficiently handle any emergency situations and prioritize the safety of Guests and Cast Members.

Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

What To Bring:

· Listen to Guests’ concerns and challenges and solve these situations professionally;

· Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently.

· Be able to handle stressful situations and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time.

· A team player and be able to handle problems individually;

· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

· Basic English communication skills is preferred.

· Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
