职位介绍：

作为保洁部的演职人员，您需要维护高质量的清洁环境，从而为游客们创造美好的迪士尼回忆。同时，您也将与游客进行互动、解答他们的疑问。您的工作将使每位游客都能彻底沉浸在迪士尼的故事中，尽情享受在迪士尼度假区的美好体验。

工作内容：

·      负责路面清扫、卫生间保洁、垃圾收集和垃圾分类等工作；

·      控制所有清洁药剂和用品的使用；

·      在前往指定工作区域前准备好工具车及备品；

·      在结束班次前清洁整理保洁用品、整理储藏间、补齐备品、确保储藏间整齐干净并锁好；

·      对游客和演职人员提供协助，包括指路、活动日程及其他咨询；

·      填写保洁相关工作表格和各类紧急事情经过；

·      给游客提供各类优质服务，并给游客创造各类神奇体验；

·      完成上级布置的额外工作

我们希望您：

·      从事保洁行业工作经验一年以上 ；

·      具备保洁药剂、工具和设备的基本知识者优先 ；

·      对待游客彬彬有礼，有出色的沟通能力和服务意识；

·      具有团队合作精神又能够独立解决问题；

·      热情洋溢，具有耐心，积极主动；

·      具有绘画艺术才能可优先考虑； 

·      具有灵活性和适应性（ 适应户外工作，能胜任一定的体力劳动，包括长时间站立，经常性弯腰）；

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）；

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力 ；

·      身体健康，有体力从业经验优先：需要搬运重物，垃圾收集；

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

Job Summary:

As Host/Hostess, Custodial, you will create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining the high quality of cleanliness that guests expect from a Disney Park. You will not only keep the park clean, but also interact with guests and answer questions at the same time. Through your efforts and hard work, guests will seamlessly be immersed in the storytelling atmosphere and enjoy the experience.

What You’ll Do:

·      Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, restroom cleaning, trash collection, and refuse trash,etc.;

·      Able to use all custodial chemicals and equipment;

·      Replenish custodial cart supplies before going to the assigned area;

·      Clean equipment, clean and restock supply room(s) and ensure that the custodial closets are tidy and locked at the end of a shift;

·      Assist guests and Cast Members with directions, event schedules, and other assistance as needed;

·      Fill out custodial related work forms and various emergency procedures;

·      Provide guest with various high-quality services and create various magical experiences;

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders

What To Bring:

·      At least one year of work experience in the custodial industry;

·      Basic knowledge of custodial equipment and chemicals is preferred;

·      Courteous to our guests with good communication skill and service mindset;

·      A team player and be able to solve problems individually;

·      Energetic, patient, positive, proactive;

·      Talent in painting is preferred;

·      Flexible and adaptable (Working in an outdoor environment and able to perform some physical labor, including standing for long periods of time and bending frequently.

·      );

·      You will obtain qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to on-the-job-training);

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

·      Having good physical health and experience in physical labor is preferred. Need to handle heavy objects and trash collection;

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
