职位介绍：

领导裁缝师团队进行日常娱乐演出中服装和运营服装的修补。除了修改和修补演出服及其部件外。根据运营要求，为演职人员、迪士尼伙伴、巡游、演出、氛围表演和特别活动制作新演出服。

工作内容：

·      协调日常演出服修补，包括（并不限制于）修补裂缝、更换拉链，更换演出服花边，为演职人员更改尺寸等。具备基本的缝纫技巧。须通过基本的缝纫能力测试。

·      协调演出服装的修改（例如更换拉链、为演职人员更改尺寸、测量修补等）。根据款式为特别活动制作新演出服（例如打版，立体裁剪，手工或机缝组装）。熟悉不同种类的面料，能够精确测量（例如用量尺测量裙长、袖长、身长等）演出服装并按需要对其进行修改。

·      支持新的演出服样品的开发和制作。

·      具备团队协作能力以确保日常分配的任务能准确准时地完成。

·      能够经常抬举24千克（50磅）重物（例如，布料、服装）。

·      有指导修复破损服装的能力，包括但不限于梭织结构的服装、针织结构的服装和其他材料制作的服装。

·      熟悉面料裁剪要求和程序。

·      能读懂样板，熟悉服装的结构，能发现并解决关于尺寸测量、服装样板、服装试装的相关问题。

·      具有对组员进行服装缝制技术指导和技能培训的能力。

·      具有良好的合作精神和沟通技巧。

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日。

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

Job Summary:

Direct a team of Seamstresses in daily repair of entertainment and operational garments. Build new costumes as required from Operations, Characters, parades, shows, atmosphere, and special events as well as general alterations and repairs on costumes.

What You’ll Do:

     Co-ordinates daily repairs on costumes including, but not limited to, repairing rips, replacing zippers, changing and replacing trim and making costumes bigger or smaller to accommodate performer / cast member size. Have the ability to do basic sewing skills (i.e., putting in a zipper with a sewing machine, machine button holes, ability to follow patterns, etc.). Must pass a basic sewing skills test.

·      Perform alterations (i.e., replace zippers, make costumes smaller or larger to accommodate performer size, measure and sew hems) and construct new costumes from a pattern (i.e., pinning and cutting fabric, pinning pieces together and sewing either by hand or on a machine) for special events. Have experience working with a variety of fabric types. Have the ability to take accurate measurements (i.e., measurements with tape for length of skirts, sleeve lengths, torso measurements, etc.) and alter costumes accordingly.

·      Support the development and production of new costume samples.

·      Ability to co-ordinate a team and ensure daily tasks are assigned and performed appropriately and on time.

·      Ability to occasionally lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. (i.e., fabric, costumes).

What To Bring:

·      Have rich experience in sewing skills and garment productions, with the ability to guide team members to arrange production of new costumes procedure reasonably.

·      Experience in knowledge and operating various sewing machines.

·      Possess abundant skills in garment sewing craftsmanship.

·      Focus on the quality of products and provide comments on the products.

·      Experience in various auxiliary materials required during costume development and production, including but not limited to various zippers, adhesive linings, polyester boning, etc.,

·      Experience in repairing worn garments, including but not limited to woven garments, knitted garments, and garments made of other materials.

·      Fabric cutting knowledge are necessary.

·      Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction, ability to detect problems on measurements, pattern, costume fitting and propose solutions to resolve problem.

·      Experience in sewing guidance in garment sewing for team members.

·      Be with team cooperate spirit and strong communication skills.

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
