Are you a good match?

You have hold a Bachelor Degree with working experience in product marketing or merchandising related to timepiece would be preferred. You have commercial sense and basic understanding of product marketing. You have strong communication skills and be able to coordinate with different functions and organizations independently. You are result driven and client oriented with positive attitude to learning. You have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. You have strong data analysis, excel, PPT skills, and SAP or BI is a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Senior Product Manager. You will support line manager to deliver Timepiece commercial goals for China market, and to coordinate with HQ, regional office and local organization to drive result on the objectives agreed. In this function you will:

Coordinating product requests in China

• Understand China timepiece market demands and communicate with regional & HQ team to get the required resources
• Follow up timepiece daily inquiries & orders and guarantee fulfillment on time
• Closely monitor sales and stocks, propose and coordinate campaigns to reach sales target

Operational marketing tasks

• Work closely with merchandising and supply chain team as well as retail to manage timepiece stock allocation and TIB process
• Manage high end timepiece rotation plan according to sales demands
• Update and deliver product information and selling tools timely to BTQs and related teams

Event Management

• Support in product planning of events and coordinate with different teams to realize the target plan
• Prepare trainings and selling tools for the teams
• On site product management and after event SNR follow up

Management of Product lines

• Pricing management
• Launches management of novelties
• Product Training & VM follow up
• Regular report of business analysis and competition study
