作为移动和网络技术团队的测试工程师，您将负责所有产品版本的测试计划和执行。您将与交付团队通力协作，在每个版本中都保持产品的最高质量。我们正在寻找有技术、有远见、有想象力，在主流娱乐旅行网站或移动应用程序的开发交付中有相关经验的测试工程师。您将致力于多个中大型内容和电子商务网站和移动项目的质量控制中。
工作内容：
负责整体项目交付质量
负责功能测试/集成测试/回归测试阶段可交付成果，如测试策略、测试计划、测试用例、测试结果、测试环境、测试报告等
在项目中保持与开发经理、产品经理、开发工程师等成员的有效沟通，推进问题解决
管理并监控项目中所有测试活动，及时发现并指出项目中存在的问题与风险
制定适合项目的测试策略，包括定义测试范围、测试方法、明确测试时间和不同阶段的交付物等
独立或带领其它测试工程师开展测试工作
在缺陷管理工具中记录、跟踪、管理缺陷状态

QA Engineer
Line of Business: Mobile and Web Technology
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
The QA Engineer is responsible for functional test planning and execution across all releases of products delivered by Web & Mobile Technology Team. They are responsible for driving the highest levels of quality into each release, working with delivery teams. We are currently looking for a proven QA with the skills, vision and imagination to help drive delivery of premier Entertainment and Travel web sites and mobile applications. You will be working on the quality control of multiple medium to large-scale content and e-commerce sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for project quality delivery
Accountable for all testing deliverables in Feature Test/SIT/Regression phase, such as Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Results, Test Environments, Test Reports, etc.
Coordinate between Project Manager, Product Manager, Development team, Testing team, and other stockholders to ensure all testing work are well processed
Manage and monitor all testing activities, escalate any issues/risks to Project Manager
Draft the project Testing Strategy to identify testing scope, define testing approach, specify the testing timeline and deliverables, etc
Work independently or lead QA members to carry out test work
Create Test Case according to requirements
Log, retest, and manage defects in bug tracking system.
Desired Qualifications:
A Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science or related area of study is preferred;
5 years’ testing experience;
Excellent Mandarin and English writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills;
Experience doing testing of Web, iOS, Android, WeChat applications;
Understanding of various software quality and testing methodologies;
Knowledge with developing test cases;
Experience automation testing is preferred;
Experience working within an Agile environment is preferred.
