Job Purpose
•Provide P&O business partnership and solutions for Mars Snacking China Marketing, Ice Cream, Specialty, and D-Com teams with a focus on organization and talent health, champion and embed Mars culture, and build associate engagement to enable business success.
•Closely work with key stakeholders to ensure the overall effectiveness of people-related metrics and P&O operations through regular MOS metrics review.
What are we looking for?
•Bachelor degree or above Minimum 5 years’ working experience in human recourses management.
•HR BP experience is preferred.
•Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholder groups.
•Able to work independently, navigate and manage complex situations.
•Good command of spoken and written English. High learning agility and adaptability. Drive for personal development.
What will be your key responsibilities?
•Unit Effectiveness – drive efficiency across the P&O Operating Model by facilitating the adoption of Mars Signature Process, offering strategic guidance to unit-specific projects, providing P&O support to units directly, interfacing with segment and corporate teams, and communicating emerging business needs to CoEs.
•Enabling Operations – guide, support, and position the MyP&O team, CoE and Line Managers to most effectively and efficiently serve Mars Associates.
•Business Leadership – partner with the leadership teams to establish short- and long-term goals to drive business success, provide leadership to the business while maintaining strategic alignment of the people agenda with the business strategy, and ensure Associate advocacy.
•Talent and Organizational Health – gain alignment on the people agenda and developing talent while driving Associate engagement; understand the ‘pulse’ of the business in order to strengthen the health of the organization and ensure ‘fit for purpose’ organization design with the right people in the right roles.
