•按照指导书、装配要求和图纸完成样机装配和测试；

•协调原材料配给，数量核对，设备及工装准备，按照生产计划完成样机生产；

•协助工程师调用MOE/ENG相关设备资源完成样件装配测试；

•解决样件装配过程中的问题点，整理并反馈；

•调试和操作设备，制作简易工装；

•生产订单信息维护，跟踪物料库存情况并及时反馈；

•SAP信息维护和报工；

•确保产品质量,能识别问题点；

•根据自主维护计划,进行正确的设备维护保养,保持设备处于完好状态；

•根据公司5S标准和BPS精益生产系统，保持工作场所的整洁和卫生，并正确的执行。

•Education学历

Technical College or above in mechanical engineering major.

大专及以上学历，机械相关专业。

•Experience工作经验

Minimum 2 years of working knowledge in mechanical industry or automotive related workshops or test centres.

2年以上机械或者汽车行业生产车间装配工作经验。

•Skills 技能

•Good knowledge in handling of tools and machinery maintenance experience;

具备装配工具和机器维护方面的知识；

•Reading and understanding of technical drawings, design of fixture is preferred;

能够看懂和理解技术图纸，可进行简易工装设计者优先；
