1.品类策略与新品规划:
--负责玛氏箭牌在拼多多平台的GMFC品类的年度整合营销规划;主导新品上市策略的制定与落地,确保新品打爆与品类市场份额的增长,和销售团队一起达成offtake目标,一年约5个亿生意规模。
2.渠道二包品效率管理:
--统筹管理各经销商的节庆及日常“二包产品”;通过鼓励创新机制与标准化流程,全面提升二包活动的投资效率与销售产出
3.渠道专供与定制产品:
--协助开发符合拼多多渠道特性的专供货品;制定差异化上市策略,并持续追踪其上市后表现,基于数据反馈及时调整经营策略,驱动生意增长; 负责拼多多专供装通过内部PMR流程
4.渠道资源与预算管理:
--协助管理拼多多渠道的经销商及店铺矩阵,优化资源分配,确保投入产出最大化
1. Category Strategy & New Product Planning
- Responsible for the annual integrated marketing plan for Mars Wrigley's GMFC category on the PDD platform, deliver offtake target together with KAM team, annual business size around 500M RMB
- Lead the development and execution of new product launch strategies to ensure market success and drive category market share growth.
2. Co-pack Efficiency Management
- Manage seasonal and daily co-pack Investment across all distributors.
- Enhance the ROI and sales output of these co-pack by fostering DT innovation skills.
3. Channel-Specific & Customized Products design
- Support the development of exclusive products tailored for PDD, lead internal PMR process
-Formulate differentiated launch strategies, continuously monitor post-launch performance, and promptly adjust business tactics based on data insights to drive growth.
4. Channel Resources & Budget Management
- Support distributors and store matrix management to optimize resource allocation to
ensure maximum return on investment.
