Project Management项目管理

•project management purchasing for CVS business, define target cost for new part, achieve the project KPI like cost, quality, time as well as capacity planning to fulfill customer requirements

服务CVS业务的项目采购，新项目新零件的目标价格的制定和实现，达成项目的各项重要指标如成本，质量，交期以及产能的规划来满足最终客户的要求

•Managing platforms as well as customer projects from innovation phase till end of production.

负责平台项目和客户项目从项目最初的创建直至产品中止的全过程

•Plans and participate the Pre-Sourcing and Sourcing meeting.

计划并参与项目预定点和最终定点

•In charge of Change management for purchased parts and technical cost saving activities(RPP).

负责采购件的工程变更管理及技术降本（RPP）

•Lead commercial agreement with suppliers for Early Production Containment as well as run@rate

牵头达成项目前期导入管理和run@rate的相关协议和要求

•lessons learn for project review

项目管理的阶段经验总结

•Market trend and technology trend analysis

市场走势和技术发展的收集分析

Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

•Education学历

Bachelor degree or above in engineering or technology-related fields

工程技术相关专业，本科及以上学历

•Skills技能

•Project management knowledge and cost structure analysis

项目管理经验和成本分析能力

•Excellent communication skills (English) and problem solving abilities

良好的（英语）沟通能力和问题解决能力

•Logic thinking, good data analysis e.g. PowerBI as well as presenting skill

逻辑思维和数据分析能力，如PowerBI 或Excel以及优秀的表达能力

•Experience工作经验

•>3 years working experience in technical/project purchasing in Automotive industry, preferred with machining, heat-treatmnet, tooling, supply chain management experience

三年以上汽车行业技术或项目项目管理的工作经验，机加工，热处理，模具供应链管理经验优先

•Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;

具备合资或外商独资企业工作经验者优先；

•Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in automotive industry will be a plus;

具有制造业工作经历或者汽车工业背景者优先考虑；

•Candidates with outstanding competence and potential of rapid growth are also considered with lower conditions.
