Responsibilities：

1.Manage the customer interface for all engineering matters from Design stage to end of warranty, in close relation with the PM.

2.Is accountable of the Engineering work package, within the Project Core team.

3.Is responsible to deliver the Engineering Deliverables according to the Quality, Cost and Delivery commitments.

4.Issues the engineering management plan and manages all project engineering activities according to project and contract requirements.

5.Lead the Design and the technical scope of the DLM, DRM, Gate Reviews and DFQ process.

6.Lead the coordination with European design units for technical proposals and changes.

7.Approve all design documentation of the project, and all design changes (including software modification).

8.Work closely with the Engineering team and C&W team to guaranty smooth start of revenue service.

9.Lead the Reliability Growth and investigation/troubleshooting on the project in close relation with C&W team.

10.Ensure Return of Experience is shared within engineering department and project team for each project.

11.Guaranty the application of EHS rules, Comply to EHS policy and AZDP.

Requirements：

1.Bachelor degree or above in electrical or related engineering field.

2.Good communication, accountable, self-motivated and eager to learn.

3.Fluent Spoken and Written English.

4.Good knowledge of office software.

5. Experience on Railway traction is a plus.
