Role Position
This role delivers professional data and system support for key FMCG business scenarios including RTM (Route to Market) and CSP (Customer Service Planning). It bridges multi-BU business needs, translates them into precise system requirements, oversees efficient project delivery, balances stakeholder expectations, and fosters robust cross-BU collaboration. Ultimately, it empowers data-driven optimization of multi-BU business decisions, elevates operational efficiency, and accelerates the enterprise’s digital transformation.
Core Responsibilities
Multi-BU Digital Collaboration
Engage key BUs (RTM, CSP etc.), establish efficient communication, gather core needs (master data, sales data integration etc.), and grasp multi-BU business nuances.
Cultivate BU stakeholder relationships, identify latent needs, resolve disputes, and drive cross-BU data collaboration standards for unified terminology.
Manage business expectations through transparent communication on timelines, scope and outcomes, plus regular updates and proactive risk alerts.
Master Data Management
Lead the development of core master data (customer, product, store) standards (field definitions, validation rules, etc.) to align with multi-BU scenarios and resolve cross-BU standard inconsistencies.
Integrate master data standards into sales portals (e.g., U-Vision) for end-to-end process standardization, collaborate with vendors to optimize system functions, and support differentiated BU configurations.
Establish a master data dynamic optimization mechanism: collect BU feedback, iterate standards/rules, address system abnormalities, and ensure full-lifecycle data accuracy.
Sales Data Integration and Monthly Closing Support
Efficiently oversee the full lifecycle of DT data integration, and significantly enhance the timeliness and accuracy of DT ERP data integration through process optimization, technical iteration and tiered supplier management.
Proficient in sales data month-end closing, lead reconciliation closure, establish standardized processes, drive multi-party collaboration and ensure efficient closing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics or related fields.
5+ years of FMCG experience in data management, system integration or digital project delivery, with a proven track record in multi-stakeholder collaboration.
Excellent communication, strong pressure resilience and teamwork spirit; adaptable to FMCG's fast-paced environment.
