The role is to support the Global Private Banking IT strategic programme Flex for multiple region within Managed Solutions SVS.

• Act as lead business analyst in China to success Flex project roll out in multiple region including HK and SG etc.

• Work with partners, stakeholders and vendor in different regions directly

• Ensure delivery schedule and high standard quality are achieved

• Lead business analysis, requirement gathering & design and data/API mappings to drive the delivery.

• Work with different development teams & vendor, to make sure the requirement is handled correctly, remove the blocker to ensure delivery in time.

• Conduct the necessary testing to ensure the delivery quality, and make sure the acceptance criteria fully covered functional requirements.

• Work with business to conduct UAT, make sure user is satisfy with the function delivered

• Align with DevOps and Agile delivery approach, tooling and practices adoption, improve the feature quality and delivery.

• Follow the delivery control guideline required by HSBC

• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met

• Facilitate product life cycle management, business requirements and architecture

• Support project manager and programme manager to meet the time line and financial goals

• Support China delivery team capability uplift

• Support/participate in department management and strategic initiatives

• Fluent English communication is mandate

• Strong domain knowledge on Flex, North Star and related products

• Strong knowledge on APIs

• Proven leadership/coordination skills to work with business, development team and testing team.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively

• Experience in Global Private Banking IT and in Investment/Discretionary/Digital is a plus
