Purpose of the Role
CTI turns consumer needs and perceptions into robust technical insight that guides product design, claims, and sensory experience. This role partners closely with cross functions such as Hair R&D, CMI and Brand teams to decode consumer behavior and translate it into product-relevant, measurable design—ultimately enabling winning mixes to help biz grow
Qualifications & Experience
Must have
• 3–5 years experience in CTI/CMI, sensory, product testing, or technical consumer research.
• Hands-on experience with sensory evaluation and quanti/quali methods, independently lead consumer test design, data analysis and report drafting
• Demonstrated ability to translate macro and deep consumer insights into actional initiatives
• Good communication skills to work with internal cross functional teams to deliver projects OTIF, as well as external vendors to explore new capabilities
• Fluency in English and Chinese
Nice to have
• Experience with hair/scalp categories
• Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, PowerBI, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of AI-enabled text analytics/social listening and integration with CTI.
• Experience working experience with global teams
