Overview:
This role drives the quality compliance of the China manufacturing sites and brand reputation, and as a Market Quality Operation (MQO) assistant manager he/she is also responsible for the warehouse/logistic quality operation, e-Commerce logistic quality improvement, and key customer complaints handling. He or She may need to partnership with multiple functions across different BUs, including Marketing, CSP, Sales, R&D, RA, Legal, PR, and SC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the quality compliance and governance complaints 100% closure and proactively cooperate with MKT, CSP, Legal, RA, R&D to minimize repeated complaints.
• Drive delivery of the China market quality operations superiority program including via customer feedback, consumer feedback/complaints (DVOC and local CECs) and PQS on-shelf Product Quality Standard assessment.
• Support the delivery of excellent customer service (and GM improvement) including via operational marketplace incident reduction, customer issue resolution, inventory reduction, secondary pack quality management and inter-company cross-border sourcing quality support.
• Lead local QMS development and implementation across E2E of business.
• Ensure regulatory and Unilever Quality Management Standards compliance in warehousing, logistics and re-packers, DtC, FtC, including around recalls, product traceability and product release.
• Support handling external challenge/audit to Unilever China, i.e. authorities, professional consumers, KOL.
Professional Skills & Competencies:
• University degree in technical discipline or general sciences. Preferred: Biology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Food Science degree.
• Min 7 years of experience in Quality/Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing/R&D roles.
• Preferred min 3 years of experience of handling local authority related staffs and experience in digital commerce quality management
• Strong data analysis and insights, self-drive problem-solving and project management skills
• Digital thinking and strong project management skills to enhance efficiency and drive digital projects landing
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
