1. Deliver project objective and technical approach in response to E2E business intiatives- Reviewing and delivering to project objective, scope, timeline, allocated resource and reviewing risk assessments/contingency plans- Independently lead and coordinate cake & pastry product/process development, expertise in ingredient functionality,microbiology, formulation design according to consumer and business requirement.- Responsible for E2E development and commercialization, hands on with lab, pilot and factory trials and trouble shoorting all along the way.- Lead and coordinate verious learning plans and tests with consumer centic and brand equity requirement. (e.g. consumer tests, shelf life tests, analytical tests...)- Develop technical specsifications.2. Support platform manager to provide input to management on strategic direction of projects and innovation pipelines/strategy plan. Track marketing trends and creative ideas under category strategic plan.3. Support to define future forward technical roadmap and lead some mid-long term technical pillar.4. Networking to leverage global capability as well as external industry good practice to explore advanced technical design and externed formats based on MDLZ requirements (e.g. brand, quality and well-being...)
- BS in Food Science, Biology, Chemical Engineering required. Masters desirable.- +8 years of work experience in food industry required with track record of successful developments, experience with soft bakery products will be plus- Strong technical expertise and problem solving;- Strong project management, communication skills and fluent English preferred- Multi-cultural exposure
