主要职责
Main Duties
1.负责酒店名的电子商务策略和执行。通过开发电子商务项目支持酒店的市场营销活动,包括:搜索引擎(包括PPC和SEO),移动营销、陈列广告、邮件营销和协助社交媒体规划。监控包括酒店官网和子网的电子商务活动。
Responsiblefor the strategy and execution of digital media and E-commerceactivity for hotel. This position will support hotel marketing by developingdigital marketing and E-commerce programs. Digital marketing efforts will include:search engine marketing (including PPC and SEO), mobile marketing, displayadvertising, email marketing and assisting with social media planning. Thisposition will also oversee E-commerceactivity including the management of the hotel’s web site and mini-sites.
2.协助确保酒店电子商务活动与酒店的营销策略一致,对酒店活动予以适当执行。
Assists to ensure thatthe E commerce activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy,and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
3.持续寻求市场和电子商务的合作以增加酒店知名度和获取业务。
Continuously seeks Marketing and E commerceopportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business.
4.确保通过直接销售活动、电话和书面沟通确保酒店的高知名度。
Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotelthrough direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and writtencommunications.
5.保持对酒店及海南海洋欢乐世界度假区的设施、特色和服务的详细认知。
Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel and Hainan OceanParadise’s facilities, features and services.
6.为酒店网页制订电子商务策略和最佳实施方案,如运用Editor(凯悦的专属CMS工具)做内容管理、交通行驶路线。
DevelopEcommerce strategies and best practices for the hotel web site such as contentmanagement (using The Editor – Hyatt’s proprietary CMS tool) and trafficdriving tactics and strategies
7.根据需要,管理并与代理合作,为网页开发制定项目如餐饮、婚宴等。
Work with and manageagency for mini-site development projects as necessary/needed – for F&B,weddings, and so on.
8.与酒店各部门运营部门及数字营销部负责人紧密合作,确保所有酒店网页内容相关、更新和优化。
Work closely with operation department & digital department headtowebsite content for all hotel websites is relevant, up to date and optimized.
9.会见电子商务行业代表如供应商、代理、媒体如百度等,为最佳实施方案获取观点意见。
Meet with digital andE-commerce industry representatives (i.e.vendors, agencies, media partners such as Baidu, and so on. if necessary) togain insight to best practices.
10.积极寻求推广酒店客房和餐饮的所有内部和外部的机会。
Proactively seeks opportunities (internally andexternally) to promote rooms and food and beverage business.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1.至少2年在国际连锁酒店的同岗位相关工作经验。
Minimum 2+ years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
2.强大的网络营销实践知识。
Strong knowledge of general Internet marketing practices.
3.较强的本地市场相关数字媒体策划经验(SEO, PPC,展示,移动和社交平台)。
Strong experience with digital media planning (SEO, PPC, display, mobile and social platforms) relevant to local market.
