• Handle daily work and projects under defined process with supervision
• Support manager to organize comparison sheets and additional supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive analysis on product specifications, supplier landscape and market compshop
• Source from multiple media, websites, trade shows (Canton Fair, CIHS, etc.) for new suppliers / new products in China and South East Asia area
• Coach new suppliers for whole THD business process include NDA, SBA, Business terms, PLI, THD system ,etc.. and able to collect and categorize documents.
• Support business trip with planning itineraries and arranging related lodging, transportation, supplier communication and trip books.
• Coordinate with cross functional team for project development
• Host weekly conference call with international team and local team
• Regularly keep all data refreshed include supplier profiles and business-related documents

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCES

-Fluent in both verbal and written English

-Strong Skill in Excel, PowerPoint, basic knowledge in Tableau or Power app is a plus

-Strong sense of logic, analytical skill

-Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment

-Team player can collaborate with cross functional team

-Willing to travel for business needs

-Knowledge and experience of global sourcing, international trading, manufacturing and engineering design is preferred

-Bachelor or above in Business Management or related field with 3-5 years of working experience is preferred
