Responsible for AM LED light product development, simulation and design for optical concepts and components in product development. Ensure compliance according to related photometric regulations and technical requirements.

Key Responsibility (主要职责)：
-Responsible for correct selection of optical material/components/LEDs based on specification/technical feasibility, environmental conditions and product requirements.
负责光学材料、组件及LED的正确选型，基于技术可行性、环境条件及产品要求进行评估。
-Gather customer requirement and market demands from application side, generate input for product design.
收集客户需求和市场应用信息，生成产品设计输入。
-Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to conduct a new project from application perspective and monitor performance to ensure these targets are met while adopting the relevant procedures.
评估新项目所需的成本、资源和时间，并在执行过程中监控绩效，确保目标达成。
-Assist product go-to-market, providing technical support, material and product knowledge for marketing.
协助产品上市，提供技术支持、材料和产品知识，支持市场推广。
-Support design-in activities, providing technical support and demonstrations to win project contracts.
支持客户设计导入活动，提供技术支持和演示，帮助赢取项目合同。
-Compose technical documentation and application notes to ensure customers fully understand and utilize the products.
