职位介绍：

在台前及幕后都能有效保证所有巡游要素被安全且及时地执行；在花车上或不在花车上时（在台前及幕后时），都于巡游演出运营中领导演员团队；保证巡游演出的编舞、运营流程以及和游客的互动始终品质如一。

工作内容：

·      在日常运营中领导巡游演员，安排其日常工作，包括演出时间和人手安排，并且执行巡游安全指南。

·      推行健康安全的工作环境，检查和清理表演区域的整洁和安全隐患。

·      维护巡游演出的创意内容，保证整体演出质量。

·      有应对多变的天气情况和处理突发事件的能力。

·      带领巡游演职人员进行日常活动，包括信息简报会，人手/演员任务分配，演出预备及上班时间，演出紧急事故的沟通，安全/运营指南，以及其他相关活动。

·      组织/监督巡游演员的研讨会、甄选及彩排。

·      维持巡游有关的现行培训资料。

·      定期给予演职人员肯定和不足的反馈。

·      维护、执行和传达公司部门政策和工作流程。

·      倡导积极正面充满乐趣的工作环境。

·      在特殊情况发生时与管理层和各团队主管保持密切沟通。

·      及时完成工作评估和演出报告。

·      了解并维护好迪士尼朋友的品牌形象。

·      履行其他娱乐演出部领班应尽之责。

此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：

·      在各区域协助客流管控

·      为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助

·      确保工作区域的干净和整洁

·      协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）

·      确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾

·      在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）

我们希望您：

·      有领导演出团队经验并贯彻整体演出质量。

·      时间观念强。

·      英语较流利。

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

Job Summary:

Ensure safe and timely execution of all parade elements both backstage and onstage. Lead a team of performers in a parade operation, including both on and off floats. Ensure consistent performance of choreographed routines, operational procedures and interactions with Guests.

What You’ll Do:

·      Promote a healthy and safe working environment. Monitor performance areas for cleanliness and safety hazards.

·      Maintain creative intent through consistent performance of the parade.

·      Ability to respond to changing weather conditions and situations.

·      Guide parade cast through daily activities, including informational briefings, staffing/casting assignments, performance prep and call times, show contingency communication, safety / operating guidelines and other related activities.

·      Conduct/Oversee workshops, auditions and rehearsals for parade performers.

·      Maintain a current library of training materials relating to the performance of the parade.

·      Continually provide Cast Members with positive and corrective feedback.

·      Maintain, enforce, and communicate Company and department policies and procedures.

·      Be a motivator and promote a fun and positive working environment.

·      Keep management and other Leads informed of unusual situations that occur.

·      Complete all assigned performance appraisals and show reporting in a timely manner.

·      Understand and maintain the character brand.

·      Perform other Entertainment Lead Duties as required/assigned.

Based on business need and Cast Members’ credentials, below tasks will be assigned from time to time.

·      Support guest flow in general, including in different locations

·      Assist guests with directions, answer questions, provide information and solutions as needed

Support cleaning work areas and guest areas

·      Assist logistics and stocking

·      Keep Shanghai Disney Resort clean by picking trash 

Handle cash or process POS in other LOBs ( * applicable to cash-handling/POS related jobs only)

What To Bring:

·      Experience in leading a team of performers and delivering consistent performances

·      Time conscious.

·      Semi-fluent in English .

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
