岗位职责：
1.安全合规与监督
• 建立并维护SHE管理体系和程序，确保仓库运营及项目建设符合国家法规和公司标准。
• 负责项目建设及运营阶段的安全管理，监督仓库及自动化系统（AGV、穿梭车等）的安全运行，定期进行安全检查和审计。
• 管理现场变更、施工安全、项目安全及承包商安全。
2.风险识别与控制
• 熟练应用风险评估工具，主导项目风险评估、设备防护风险评估、作业风险评估。
• 在建设阶段识别施工及设备安装风险，制定并实施风险缓解措施。
• 在运营阶段持续监控自动化设备安全风险，确保零事故目标。
3.事故管理与改进
• 主导安全事件调查，制定并落实纠正和预防措施，保持风险评估和安全文档更新。
4.培训与安全文化
• 制定年度培训计划，组织施工安全、设备操作、应急响应培训。
• 推动安全文化建设，通过活动、简报、标识提升员工安全意识。
• 鼓励员工上报不安全行为，制止违章行为，建立良好的SHE文化。
5.协作与报告
• 与工程、物流运营团队及承包商协作，确保安全要求在项目全生命周期落实。
• 定期上报安全/环境数据，编制安全绩效报告，参与跨部门会议。
• 组织月度SHE委员会，推动持续改进。
6.应急管理
• 制定年度应急演练计划，组织开展演练，提升员工应急处理能力。

任职要求：
• 本科及以上学历，安全工程、机械工程、物流管理或相关专业。
• 5年以上SHE或安全管理经验，熟悉仓储自动化设备安全标准。
• 熟悉国家及地方安全法规，具备项目建设安全管理经验。
• 掌握设备防护、消防、电气安全、化学品管理、职业健康管理等技能。
• 有工厂或物流仓储自动化安全管理经验优先。
• 英语读写及口语良好。
• 具备良好的人际交往、组织协调和计划策划能力，团队合作意识强。
• 持有注册安全工程师或相关资质者优先。
Job Responsibilities:
1.Safety Compliance & Oversight
• Establish and maintain SHE management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with national regulations and company standards.
• Manage safety during both construction and operational phases, monitor warehouse and automated systems (AGVs, shuttles), and conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Oversee change management, construction safety, project safety, and contractor safety.
2.Risk Identification & Control
• Apply risk assessment tools and lead project risk assessments, equipment guarding risk assessments, and task-based risk assessments.
• Identify potential hazards during construction and equipment installation, implement mitigation measures.
• Continuously monitor safety risks in automated systems during operations to achieve zero-incident targets.
3.Incident Management & Improvement
• Lead investigations into safety incidents, develop corrective and preventive actions, and maintain updated risk assessments and safety documentation.
4.Training & Safety Culture
• Develop annual training plans and deliver programs on construction safety, equipment operation, and emergency response.
• Promote safety culture through campaigns, signage, and internal communications.
• Encourage employees to report unsafe behaviors and conditions, correct violations, and build a strong SHE culture.
5.Collaboration & Reporting
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics operations teams, and contractors to ensure safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regularly report safety/environmental data, prepare performance reports, and participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Organize monthly SHE committee meetings to drive continuous improvement.
6.Emergency Management
• Develop and execute annual emergency drill plans to enhance employees’ emergency response capabilities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of SHE or safety management experience, familiar with automated warehouse safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of national/local safety regulations and construction safety practices.
• Skilled in equipment guarding, fire protection, electrical safety, chemical management, and occupational health.
• Experience in factory or automated warehouse safety management preferred.
• Good English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills with strong teamwork awareness.
• Certified Safety Engineer or equivalent qualification preferred.
