职位介绍:

  • 你将作为关键技术专家,负责上海迪士尼度假区(SHDR)食品安全程序的制定、实施和维护;提供日常食品安全操作指导、食品安全领导监督,并向SHDR安全团队反馈相关业务线(LOBs)关键食品安全计划和程序的制定、实施及维护情况;运用合理恰当的食品安全技术标准、法规及规则判断来执行、应对和解决食品安全问题,同时带领相关团队识别、评估、分析并解决SHDR运营工作中遇到的食品安全问题。

工作内容:

  • 协同迪士尼乐园和度假区安全团队,结合国家和地方安全规范、标准,对上海迪士尼度假区的食品安全管理程序进行维护、开发
  • 指引和支持运营团队正确执行上海迪士尼度假区食品安全程序
  • 协助支持业务线/承包商/特别活动,提供食品安全技术资源,并评估业务线的合作情况及安全实践。
  • 对餐饮相关图纸、许可证管理及更新、新项目、新设备/菜单等进行合规审查,并根据需要与政府部门沟通
  • 开展食品安全检查和审计工作,以识别食品安全风险并提出改进建议,与相关业务线进行沟通并跟进整改计划的实施情况
  • 协助业务部门调查和分析与食品安全相关的投诉、食品安全事件、事故及内部发现的问题,并提供食品安全技术解决方案,同时跟进行动计划
  • 提供适当的食品安全培训、应急演练、良好安全实践分享以及食品安全文化推广
  • 定期评估相关业务线的食品安全表现,并提出相应的改进计划
  • 与业务部门建立良好关系,加强与业务部门的合作

我们希望您:

  • Bachelor degree or above of Food Safety, Food Science, Food engineering, Biology, Microbiology or related field.
  • Proven Chinese and English written, verbal and presentation skills
  • At least 5 years of food safety experience required in a related field (F&B/retail/manufacturing/hospitality/ transportation/warehouse/ food supply chain).
  • FSSC 22000/HACCP experience is preferred.

Job Summary:

  • You will serve as the key technical expert resource, responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the key food safety procedures of the SHDR; provide daily food safety operation guidelines, food safety leadership supervision, and feedback the development, implementation and maintenance of key food safety plans and procedures of relevant LOBs to SHDR safety team: use reasonable and appropriate food safety technical standards and regulations, and rule judgments to implement, Resolve the food safety issues in response, and lead the relevant teams to identify, evaluate, analyze and resolve the food safety issues encountered during the Operation Work of SHDR.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cooperate with WDPR and SHDR safety services team to maintain and develop food safety procedures for SHDR in compliance with Disney Best Practice and local food safety standards and regulations.
  • Guide and support related operation teams to perform SHDR food safety procedures properly.
  • Providing assistance and support to LOBs/contractors/special events, with food safety technical resources, and assessing LOBs' cooperation and safety practices.
  • Conduct compliance review of catering-related drawings, license management and updates, new projects, new equipment/ menus, etc. and communicate with government authorities as needed;
  • Conduct food safety inspections and audits, to identify food safety risks and propose improvement recommendations, communicate with related LOB and follow up on the implementation of the rectification plans;
  • Assist LOBs in the investigation and analysis of food safety related complaints/ food safety incidents/accidents /internal findings, and provide food safety technical solutions and follow up the action plan.
  • Provide appropriate food safety training, emergency drills, good safety practices sharing and food safety culture promotion.
  • Evaluate the food safety performance of related LOB on a regular basis and propose a corresponding improvement plan;
  • Establish good relationships with LOBs and enhance cooperation with LOBs.
