Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

•In your role you will be responsible for distribution partner technical enablement and management

•Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the DFAE certification program in close collaboration with all Infineon counterparts

•Coordinating and/or supporting tailored technical enablement programs and digitalized training processes

•Be responsible for the maintenance of GC distribution resource talent pool. Dashboard & data analysis for business review and distribution partner management

•Acting as ACE interface with specific distribution partners for technical enablement

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

•Bachelor in Electrical/Electronics, 2+ years working experience

•Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with counter parts from internal different departments (segment,division, Academy, DEM) and external distributors

•High-level of self-discipline, initiative and proactive

•Fluently speaking & writing in English

•Presentation and visualization skills

•Understanding of project management is a plus

•Technical knowledge in semiconductor devices. Semiconductor working experience is a plus

•Awareness of emerging applications and technologies like AI, Robotics, WBG etc.
