esponsibilities: - Ensure safe, comfortable and efficient R&D office working environment, in compliance to both global and local policies.

- Deliver high quality soft services including office setup, cleaning, landscaping, pest control etc. in collaboration with onsite FM service. Ensure clear SOPs and communication is well maintained with constant improvement required as needed.

- Manage smooth operation of staff cafeteria, pantry and shuttle bus. Take responsibility for vendor contract preparation, daily operation, regular tracking of service quality and report of abnormal issues. Ensure food safety and traffic safety regulations are met.

- Take responsibility for office use related equipment order on purchasing process with maintenance plan in place.

- Coordinate planning, purchasing, payment, tracking and report of status for R&D public used consumables. Maintain an adequate inventory and using process with company’s SMART spending policy to be followed.

- Coordinate with internal functions and vendors for tax declaration related matters.

Facilitate mailing/freight, including management of import/export service (by onsite vendor) for R&D samples to ensure timely and efficient process is implemented. Take responsibility for contract preparation, onsite vendor management and report of abnormal issues, with compliance policies to be followed.

- Coordinate rolling out of office-related projects and communication. Track and report project progress against aligned target.

- Safe and smooth operation of office public areas.

- Effective communication with clear SOPs in place.

- Effective planning, tracking and reporting of AOP budget.

- Coordinate onsite FM soft service with user’s satisfaction survey rating within target.

- Keep office supplies in a reasonable inventory level and equipment downtime within target.

- Smooth and safe operation of cafeteria, pantry and shuttle bus.

- Smooth operation of goods delivery and import/export of samples can meet user’s expectation within policy scope.
