Product Manager, APAC (Automotive Lighting & Future Electronic Components)
Key Responsibility (主要职责)
- Market & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and regulatory policies for automotive lighting and electronic components in APAC (focus on China, India, and ASEAN).
- Develop and execute regional market entry and growth strategies for the product line.
- Define product roadmaps and lead local requirements assessment for New Product Introduction (NPI).
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept, development, launch, to phase-out.
- Collaborate closely with project manager, R&D and project teams to ensure products meet regional market needs and are delivered on schedule.
- Lead product pricing, cost analysis, and profitability management.
- Sales & Customer Support
- Provide in-depth product training, competitive analysis, and sales tools to the regional sales team.
- Participate in technical exchanges and commercial negotiations with key customers, offering product solutions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product development and improvement.
4. Cross-functional Communication
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain, and other functions to ensure business objectives are met.
- Gradually take on product management responsibilities for other emerging automotive electronic components, enabling personal and role growth in parallel.
