Responsibility:
- New electrical solution creation for escalator control system
- Develop electrical schematics, components engineering and manufacturing drawings.
- Study and suggest creative and feasible solution according to market requirement, full chain consideration of Manufacturability, Installability & Maintainability
- Maintain existing electrical solution
- Support the reliability plan and verification of escalator electrical control systems / sub-components
- Support FMEA of electrical systems/ sub-components, provide improvement solution.
- Collaboration with cross functional team.
- Support trouble shooting of Electrical related with manufacture solution team / quality feedback team
- Provide technical support to other KONE departments
Technical Competences Requirement:
- 1~3 years working experience of electrical design(control system/Cabinet).
- Major: Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Good English of oral and written, ability to present technical matters
- Experience of system field commission, ability to modify the prototype according to design change and new solution creation.
- Basic Knowledge of mechanical & electromechanical interface. Knowledge of mechanics will be a plus.
- Strong & professional knowledge of electrification category(escalator technology is preferred), especially control system, inverter, etc.
- Capability of using statistics tools(DFMEA/DMAIC/3A/8D) for problem analysis and solving is a plus.
- Fluent user of AutoCAD and e-Plan, and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Creative thinking, and independent problem solving capability.
- Good willingness of working in lab, factory, or site, with hands-on mode if requested.
