Master Data is the core data within the enterprise that enables transactions, which are shared across an organization, and serve as an input for all business processes.
Maintenance of SAP master data is an important task for Unilever, since the data is used for decision making purposes and serves as an input for all business processes.
CO Excellence MDM Supervisor
Key Accountabilities:
1. Fully responsible for MDM systems related business rule files’ UAT and configuration
2. Working with MDM global system IT to solve incidents
3. Assist & train L1 MDM coordinators and business users involved in master data process as MDM Key user
4. Establish E2E Visibility Report for Creation Business Process to monitor tooling performance
5. Improve E2E Lead time & Efficiency through tool enhancement & business process optimization
6. Project UAT/Go-live support for local initiatives
7. Coordinate, analysis and facilitate resolution of master data related issues
Experience Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 2+ Years above experience and knowledge with SAP system & MDM (Master Data Management) & Supply Chain is a plus
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, willing to learn, ask questions, seek solutions, and push for change
4. High communication skills and management skills
5. Be passion and keep issue -solving mindset
CO Excellence MDM Specialist
Key Accountabilities：
1. Fully responsible for Material/Customer/Vendor/Pricing master data & system related process in respective scope
2. Ensure master data integrity between modules & systems at optimal quality and accuracy, responsible for interaction with GCC business users and global team
3. Coordinate, analysis and facilitate resolution of master data related issues
4. Assist & train business users involved in the data collection process
5. Project UAT/Go-live support for local initiatives
6. Assist Global MDM on Global MDM initiatives (data cleansing & data life cycle & auditing etc.)
7. Monitor operation of Manila service hub and improve data creation/modification process
Experience Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Experience and knowledge with SAP system & MDM (Master Data Management) & Supply Chain is a plus
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, willing to learn, ask questions, seek solutions, and push for change
4. High communication skills and management skills
5. Be passion keep issue -solving mindset
6. Ability to work under pressure
Professional Skills:
1. Advanced English (fluent in written & spoken English is a MUST)
2. Specific knowledge: Excel; Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus
