Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

•Ensure effective & efficient execution of respective Distribution Operations (DO) assignments, to meet Great China (GC) Distribution Business Goals and comply with Company's Compliance Policies.

•Base on company data warehouse to develop and maintain digital solutions(e.g. dashboards, automatic reports, alert subscription...) for the sales organization's needs to enable business management and to improve sales efficiency and productivity.

•Provide accurate data and insightful review materials for regular and ad hoc analytics exercises.

•Be first contact point for DO digitalization, responsible for team Q&A, user instructions/guidelines, daily issues and data system/processen hancement.

•Support organization/team projects and other DO activities when required, such as IT Fusion, Target Setting / Revision, Distribution Account Bluebook, Customer Master Data (CMD) Hub maintenance, etc.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

•Bachelor's degree (preferably major in Electrical & ElectronicsEngineering, Computing, Mathematics, Finance, Business).

•At least 3 years of working experience in data analyst role.

•Experiencein semiconductor industry, distribution business, sales operations, andinternational companies is an advantage.

•Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin and English.

•Accurate, patient and meticulous on the job.

•Responsible to follow upassigned tasks within given time or under pressure.

•Able to handlemultiple tasks at the same time; Capable of learning fast.

•Highly proficient knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, BusinessAnalysis and Processes, Data Systems, and Reporting Tools (GPT, Tableau, Business Objects, Microsoft Office, VBA, etc.)

•Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

•Willing to offer assistance to others with teamwork spirit.
