职位介绍:

作为行政助理,您的主要职责是支持劳动力管理部门资深经理及其他劳动力管理领导层的行政及秘书工作。同时包括协助筹划、组织本部门的各项年度活动,作为联络人协调本部门的工会活动等。

工作内容:

  • 跟踪和管理会议与活动日程安排;
  • 计划并安排管理层的差旅行程;
  • 及时提交差旅报销文件;
  • 协调并跟进与劳动力管理、员工发展、度假区人力战略以及其他业务部门相关的重要活动安排;
  • 支持文具,会议室、办公室工位和电脑等行政管理工作;
  • 根据需要利用微软Outlook,PowerPoint,Excel 和 Word软件,制作向高层汇报交流的文档内容;
  • 为团队建立存档系统;
  • 作为劳动力管理的联络人,组织协调部门同事参与各类活动;策划并组织WFM的内部活动,如团建、健康管理、工会活动等等。
  • 其他简单的创意工作,如设计信息公告板和奖状,拍摄团队视频等等
  • 完成直线经理安排的其他工作。

我们希望您:

  • 2-3年行政或协调工作的相关经验;
  • 本科以上学历,行政管理、英文相关专业为佳;
  • 具备优秀的中英文书面与口语沟通能力;
  • 精通微软办公软件,如Outlook、Word、PowerPoint和Excel ;
  • 具有出色的组织能力,注重细节;
  • 具备抗压能力,能在不影响质量的前提下同时处理各个优先级的工作;
  • 灵活并能接受不同的工作任务;
  • 具备团队合作能力,配合团队成员,与内外部组织成员合作;
  • 积极主动,有上进心,对不同的文化具备敏感度;
  • 能够正确妥善处理各类机密信息;

Job Summary:

As an Admin Assistant, your primary responsibilities are to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Manager and other workforce management leaders. This also includes assisting in the planning and organizing of the team’s annual events, serving as the POC for the team’s labor-union activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support tracking and managing meeting and activity schedules
  • Plan and organize travelling and logistics arrangements including visiting executives.
  • Prepare and submit travel and expense reports timely
  • Coordinate and follow up key activities related to Workforce Management, Cast Development and Resort Labor Strategies and other LOBs.
  • Support team administrative tasks like stationery, meeting room, office location and computer management.
  • Support the development and preparation of executive level communications utilizing Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word as needed
  • Set up effective filing system for the team.
  • Act as WFM Point of Contact for different events, and plan team activities from team building to wellness programs and Union events, etc
  • Other creative support like Information board, team video and recognition certificate, etc.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of work experience with coordination skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in administration or English is preferable.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities without jeopardizing quality
  • Flexible and embraces diversity of job tasks/varieties
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, to collaborate and interface with team members internal and external to the organization
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and culturally sensitive
  • Can deal with confidential and sensitive information
  • High Energy, confidence and strong interpersonal skills while working and building relationships
