What will be your key responsibilities?
•
1. Overall management of to B customer relationships, exploring new cooperation opportunities with to B customers, formulating core customer cooperation strategies, leading customer negotiations, driving the implementation of cooperation plans, identifying end-to-end needs, and maintaining high-value customer relationships
•
2. Cross-functional coordination, collaborating with product, supply chain, and other functions to develop integrated solutions based on customer needs, overseeing order fulfillment, logistics, and after-sales support to ensure a seamless cooperation experience and improve customer satisfaction
•
3. Market insight and strategy development, analyzing to B market trends, competitor channel layouts, and customer pain points, and providing recommendations for channel optimization and product portfolio adjustments based on sales data to support company to B business decisions

4. Setting sales targets, leading customer development and maintenance through business enablement and resource coordination, ensuring the achievement of to B customer sales and market expansion objectives
