Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive proactive intervention on supply chain optimization and sourcing strategy implementation, and continuously leading digitalization on material management.
2. Deliver against key measures within sourcing strategy especially value creation, supply, and quality.
3. Monitor and drive supplier performance improvement across cost, supply, service, and quality and ensure corrective actions in place and drive continuous supply base development & optimization.
4. Lead solution for critical supply issues and come up with short term mitigation as well as long term improvement plan through cross function cooperation.
5. Develop supply chain knowledge, market intelligence and developments. Provide supply risk assessments and mitigation plan related to supply, cost and/or quality.
6. Lead value engineering projects through working with cross function to ensure achievement of key deliverables.
7. Support business needs in innovation project and ensure project on time launch.
8. Establish and maintains relationship with key stakeholders to drive cross functional collaboration and gain support for long term category strategy development and execution
9. Drive commercial governance in line with commercial manual. Specifically, in area of supplier selection, business allocation and contract approvals and reviews.
Experience and Competencies required to be successful in the role:
1 Bachelor’s degree or above
2 >5 Years working experience in food related industry raw material sourcing, planning, supply chain management or relevant area.
3 Advance English communication capability including reading, writing and oral English.
