Key Responsibilities:
As one of SaMT members to co-develop MW China sales vision and mission, advocate and embed Mars culture and HPC throughout the organization.
As one of SaMT members to co-lead innovation and revolution of MW China Route-To-Market model and ensure field Sales organization infrastructure can continually support business sustainable development.
As one of SaMT members to co-develop national Sales strategies and priorities to achieve the national annual sales volume target, distribution, market share, in-store presence and financial target.
Lead excellent execution in terms of national sales strategies and priorities in region, to ensure winning by Geographic/Channel/Account/ net sales, distribution, in-store presence, and related financial indicators.
Closely Co-work with P&O to upgrade infra-structure and capability of field force of regional sales with effective OD, training and succession plans for execution excellence.
Lead and execute field sales related sales major projects in region, in the context of sustaining and growing our route-to-market, business model and system and organization core competencies.
