KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Coordination

- Watches & Wonders (SH and Global) coordination, including guest invitation and registration, meeting arrangements, accommodation booking, and cross maison communication.

Data Management 

- Watch maisons business data capture from system and report preparation. 

- Assist in maintaining and updating Excel and PowerPoint files of monthly boutique rental & sales data, external boutiques, competitors’ sales, and competitor’s footprint, etc. 

Market Research & Reporting

- Assist in preparing presentation materials and reports for management visits and internal requests. 

- Prepare and distribute Real Estate weekly meeting minutes summarizing lease negotiation updates.

- Research macroeconomic & luxury market movements in mainland China and compiled news from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan for the monthly newsletter. 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Education: University degree and above 

Experience: Fresh Graduates or 1-2 years of working experience

Skills required: Data sensitivity with analytical skills 

Behavioral Competencies: 

Team Player, strong communication skill & coordination skills

Patient, circumspect, proactive and responsible
