职位描述

1.Drive short-term and long-term business planning and strategy execution about customer segmentation, target setting, territory allocation etc;

2.Design proper sales behavior KPI and timely funnel review process to drive sales execution improvement;

3.Support to develop field sales incentive scheme and build up timely business review and reaction process;

4.Support to develop tailored dashboards/reports to monitor performance data and track progress ensuring they are easy to use and implement for the end user

5.Manage reporting, monitoring and analysis of performance data, and sales activities to support recommendations to sales teams

6.Monitor and analyze sales team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs to provide conclusive reports and recommendations adapted to support the Commercial; 7.Excellence agendaSupport strategy to improve efficiencies and enable enhanced capabilities to deliver advancement in sales force effectiveness;

8.Review KPI metrics to ensure compliance with guidelines and in consultation with Business Unit Leaders;

9.Cooperate with sales team and key teams to optimize the development of business process and system;

10.Cooperate with BI team, commercial team, IT team etc. to optimize online and offline sales data analysis to drive sales team efficiency and effectiveness;

11.Bachelor’s Degree from a top international/Chinese university;

12.Master (or equivalent) or MBA is preferred.

任职条件

1.More than 3~5 years of working experience in business analysis or SFE;

2.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred and consulting experience is a plus;

3.Strong experience in data management and analytics. including extensive knowledge on analytical tools, frameworks, and applications;

4.Hands-on business analytical experience is preferred and experience in customer/Omni-channel analytics is a plus;

5.Strong business acumen and ability to translate data analysis results into actionable business insights;

6.Good at communication and influence skills and be comfortable to drive changes.
