Key Accountabilities:

Work with sales/marketing team to generate the forecast plan;

Closely monitor the sales status and adjust the forecast

Work with the factory team to generate the production plan;

Responsible for production planning and ensure on time delivery;

Closely monitor the production status and follow up the new product launch schedule;

Monitoring planning scorecard KPI and maintain stock at an optimal level;

Keep a healthy inventory, analyze the inventory and timely dispose those slow moving stock;

Avoid out of stock situation and analyze the reason for the action plan;

On time on full deliver the products from CDC to RDC according to the stock target and demand requestion
