-Supporting Microwell Assay development team in China, focusing on performing experiment, processing data, generating reports.

-Supporting preparation of product development DHF and registration dossier in accordance with the requirements of the design control processes

-Participant lab mangement process generatoin and imporvement, drating related SOPs

-Responsible for equipment management tasks, such as qualification, calibration, maintenance

-Responsible for routine operation in the lab under guidance of senior level scientist(s) and/or lab manager

-Natural science major background, preferred biological, pharmaceutical, or medical related major

-Requires ba with 3-5 years of experience; Masters with 1 to 3 years of immunoassay development experience

-Hands-on lab expertise in immunoassay development .

• Proficient in English reading and writing.
• Research experience in immunoassay concepts and technologies.
• Previous experience in experimental design, data evaluation and interpretation.
• Previous experience in IVD quality system and product registration process.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) along with experience in MiniTab or other statistical software is desired. 
• Good read/written in English, good oral English communication skills is a plus.
• Great teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written.
