• Track New Product Launch timeline, ensure MM & PP data are created in time.

• Process SC Master Data in SAP, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements

• Create and maintain MM & PP master data submitted by the related functions and ensure the data complies with the appropriate standards and completed within the defined service metrics.

• Analyze data against standards and timely correct the problem to avoid the business plan impact.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of MM & PP master data standards and processes and an understanding of the business. Provide this knowledge to the business to facilitate the maintenance of MM & PP master data.

• Collaborate with resource groups to ensure understanding MM & PP master data requests, processes and standards.

• Maintain supporting documentation in compliance with established record retention requirements.

• Periodically check and cleanse the master data in system – ensure quality of master data.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

People Responsibilities

• Develop winning relationships with BU/MU SC teams and cross-functions, ensuring agility and support are provided

• Support the SC planning lead with initiatives to improve GBS service offerings

• College or above degree majored in related fields with min. 2 years’ experience within FMCG company, with at least 1 year experience in related field.

• Experience maintaining database and systems;

• Demonstrated working knowledge of database systems such as MRP and data management

• A thorough knowledge of SAP would be helpful. Working knowledge of BI (desirable)
