3) Act according internal and external standard and regulations & process, ensure the quality of milestone delivery

4) Collaborate & influence team to continually improve company competitiveness, via communication efficiency/Cost driving/product performance improving.

5)Project report (regular report, request of milestone approval, escalation of deviations/Risk)

1) Bachelor’s degree or above. Electrical / Mechanical / Physics / Sales and Marketing background

2) Min. 5 years of SSL lighting or Automotive field preferred

3) Min. 3 year of experience in project management (through product idea to mass production)

5) Cross functional leadership for project management & conflict management

6) Fluent written & spoken English. Good communication with international team
