·Liaise with Program Managers and Product Engineers to understand their needs;

·Conduct relevant tasks for APQP (PFMEA, FC, WI);

·Design process layout specifications;

·Write detailed process/machine specifications;

·Evaluate internal capacity for production;

内部生产产能评估；

·Review and approve supplier design specifications with Safety, Quality, Production efficiency);

对供应商设计在安全，质量及生产效率等方面进行评审和批准；

·Implement and commission machinery during build and install phases (before PPAP);

在PPAP前安装和样件制作阶段操作和验收设备；

·Handover to production and maintenance, including conducting operator training.

移交给生产和设备维护包括操作工培训等。

·Bachelor's Degree in mechanical Engineering, related field or equivalent experience;

机械工程专业本科或相关领域相当的工作经验；

· 3+ years experience in process/manufacturing engineering;

3年以上工艺，制造工程工作经验；

·Good knowledge of plastic products;

良好的塑料制品知识；

· Experience in automotive industry would be an added advantage;

汽车行业工作经验优先；

·Quality system knowledge (IATF16949, VDA6.3);

质量体系知识(IATF16949,VDA6.3)；

·Familiar with process related requirements of OEM quality system (such as QSB,Q1,Formel-Q);

熟悉主机厂质量要求中工艺相关内容（如QSB,Q1, Formel-Q)；

·Good working knowledge of APQP and PPAP;

良好的APQP，PPAP 工作知识；

·Basic communication with English;

能用英语进行基本的交流；

·Good working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing;

良好的精益生产工作知识；

·Proficient in Pro-e, Autocad, Excel ,Word ,PPT,Minitab etc.;

熟练使用Pro-e ,Autocad, Excel ,Word ,PPT ,Minitab等；

·Good knowledge of problem analysis and solve.

良好的问题分析与解决能力。
