作为劳动力管理排班经理,您的首要职责是领导一个与运营密切联系的排班团队。您将直接管理团队,同关键业务合作伙伴们沟通协调排班相关需求,负责变革管理以及日常运营。您将成为排班相关问题、流程和策略的主要联系人、探讨伙伴和领域专家。

- 学士学位或相当学历,最好是数据分析、工商管理等相关专业

Line of Business: Workforce Management
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
As a Workforce Scheduling Manager, your primary duty is to lead a scheduling team to work closely with Operations partners. You will directly manage the team, coordinate with key business partners on scheduling related needs, manage changes and lead day-to-day operation. You will serve as a primary point of contact, thought partner and subject matter expert on scheduling related issues, process and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and motivate a big team of Schedulers to continuously deliver excellent Scheduling service in compliance with laws, regulations and corporate guidelines;
- Set team priorities and effectively coordinate team resources to ensure consistent delivery of scheduling work on time with high quality;
- Develop team in terms of performance and potential, utilize performance and other relevant metrics to measure success and drive the continuous improvement of direct reports, able to handle difficult conversations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business objectives, support and advance Workforce Management strategies with guidance from leader;
- Proactively lead team to address system or process issues, seek solutions with corresponding partners through teamwork;
- Lead team to address various ad-hoc situations and drive long term process improvement with strategic thinking;
- Celebrate diversity and create a safe working environment where everyone feels comfortable to be themselves;
- Able to present and pitch WFM suggestions to Operations managers/directors with confidence.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Majors relevant to data analytics, business administration etc. are preferred
- A minimum of 3 years in a key leadership role, with experience of leading and developing a successful and high performing team
- Experience and ability in handling confidential and politically sensitive information discretely and appropriately
- Familiarity with automated scheduling and time recording rules and systems
- Proven project management skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in all levels of the organization and influence business results through persuasion, negotiation, idea contribution, and personal presence
- Ability to form creative solutions to solve difficult, complex problems
- Proven ability to work in a complex and diverse major business unit of a multi-national company
- Demonstrated service and teamwork mindset
- Proven ability to work both at the strategic and tactical level, with flexibility and professional maturity
