该职位负责通过与来自商业和其他业务部门的演职人员合作,以推动乐园其他业务线的市场营销商业伙伴,帮助并支持乐园商品部、迪士尼小镇、三十三俱乐部以及其他业务线的业务伙伴发展相关产品市场定位、营销方案和沟通传讯。

工作内容:

  • 帮助与支持乐园相关业务线(包含商品、迪士尼小镇、三十三俱乐部以及其他)的市场战略发展,品牌和产品市场定位和故事,领导营销方案的制定,面对目标客群进行沟通和销售转化
  • 负责上海迪士尼独家区各业务线的市场营销工作
  • 管理项目预算和相关营销资金
  • 通过与其他业务线合作促进的长期和短期生意发展
  • 制定营销和传播策略,培养和确保产品在细分目标市场的知名度
  • 制定策略以推动销售转化率
  • 与运营和其他业务线合作,确保游客在整个旅程中的体验并获得游客认可,旅程包括抵达乐园前、乐园内和离开乐园
  • 定期审核和检查项目,并组织各个团队和业务线之间的讨论
  • 与消费者洞察团队合作,收集并提供有关项目改进和客户体验洞察

Job Summary:

The position is accountable for partnering with the marketing business partner for LOBs including Merchandise, Disney Town, Club 33 and others, to help and support the LOBs business owners and partners to develop marketing strategy and product propositions, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work and partner with Merchandise, Disney Town, Club 33 and others to develop the marketing strategies, brand and product propositions and stories, communications plan and executions to the target consumers.
  • Accountable for the marketing strategies, communications and the contribution to the business
  • Manage the project budget and related marketing funds
  • Lead the ongoing program development by partnering with other Line of Business
  • Set up marketing and communications strategies to ensure product awareness to reach target segments and markets
  • Develop strategies and tactics to drive sales conversion including in-park upgrade and new buyers
  • Partner with Operations and other Line of Business to ensure guest recognition and experience throughout the guest journey including pre-arrival, in-park and after park visits
  • Set up regular reviews of the program and facilitate discussions across various teams and Line of Business
  • Work with Consumer Insight Measurement Analytics team to collect and provide guests experience insights for the ongoing improvement of the program and guest experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand and Business Management
  • Ability to lead and influence without formal reporting authority
  • Business driven mindset and holistic approach
  • A quick and strategic thinker with ability to make decisions
  • A problem solver and self-motivator with good judgment
  • Efficient and effective communication skills
  • Bachelors’ degree or above, MBA degree preferred
  • Preferred good knowledge of project management and business planning

The successful candidate will operate with comfort across program development, systems and technology, operations, and across lines of businesses. The individual has to demonstrate the capability to effectively grasp business and consumer insights and transform into commercial strategies.
