-Drive the user experience design process from concept to final implementation, delivering the best user experience for the GPS CBCC Payments Staff Portal (PSP), being the UI/UX design lead of PSP application.
-Produce user experience designs, including requirement visualization, customer journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI design.
-Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of user-centric digital solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
-Support design activities, including user research and ideation sessions, to create and refine user-centric digital solutions, effectively communicating findings and design rationale to stakeholders.
-Advocate for user - centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
-Design systems: Manage the design process, drive decisions, track design issues and ensure that design specifications are implemented.
-Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital experiences remain competitive and relevant.
-Contribute to the definition and creation of flexible, coherent design systems and component libraries.
-Iterative Improvement: Continuously analyze user feedback and data to optimize existing features and proposed improvement.
-Improve user interaction and interface within an Accessibility framework.
-Promote User Centered Design principles and best practice within banking.
-Bachelor’s or above degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
-5+ years of UI/UX design experience, proficiency in UI/UX Software (Sketch, Figma, Photoshop).
-Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory and interaction design, knowledge of current UX trends and best practice is essential.
-Logical thinking, strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English.
-Customer centricity mindset, problem solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.
-Ability to understand detailed complex requirements to design elegant solutions for complicated processes.
-Experience on global design review governance processes, ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders, ability to obtain the design approval.
-Be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism.
-Be passionate about all things UI/UX and other areas of design and innovation.
-Experience on working in the Agile development model.
-Ability to work within a design system and propose various concepts within given constraints.
-Good relationship and stakeholder management skills to satisfy a wider range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities.
-Previous experience in the financial sector or bank company would be an advantage.
