Develop clear strategy for performance marketing, content marketing (Short video and live-streaming), EC campaign and EC visual covering Tmall, JD, PDD, Douyin and New Retail Channel. Monitor yearly and monthly KPI and financial target to ensure successful acquisition of new customers and repeat purchase to drive online business growth.
• Manage EC omni-channel traffic, integrate internal company resources, and develop media plans to ensure access to high-quality traffic and new customer acquisition.
• Oversee EC omni-channel content marketing, establish content strategy directions—including collaborations with influencers, short videos, livestreaming, etc.—and optimize content channels.
• Track and deliver consumer insights, identify product selling points in online channels, and optimize visualization to match user needs and improve product efficiency.
• Develop campaign calendar for Online channel, enhancing activity efficiency & ROI through integrated brand effects.
• Collaborate with TOP customers to develop annual in-site marketing plans, deeply explore customer opportunities, and achieve mutual success
• Manage the annual budget, track monthly expenses, and optimize costs.
• Conduct annual and monthly reviews of marketing activities.
• Team Capability Building: Help to coach EC marketing team and always catch up with platform trend to improve core skills with team members
Requirements:
• University degree. Marketing Background.
• Minimum 8-10 years of EC marketing experience in FMCG industry.
• Former experience/background in beauty/personal care /food industry is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of marketing and ecommerce activities, tools and techniques is needed.
• Chinese, fluent in English
• Capability in category management, multilevel and team work relationship is needed.
• Engaged and with structured and strong communication skills.
• An affective hands-on approach together with growth and innovate mindset are appreciated.
